Software
Engineer (Java/JEE)
We are
looking for a junior to mid-level Software engineer with experience and
knowledge of Java and JEE technologies. This individual will work closely with
the senior members of the team and will primarily be responsible for enhancing
and supporting the various phases of the development lifecycle including
development, automated build/test environments and product refinement.
Technical/Professional Knowledge/Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience setting up and
administering Cruise Control, Clover, Ant, JUnit or similar tools
- Experience installing,
configuring and administering WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat
- Solid understanding of core
Java libraries
- Understanding of web based
applications architectures is a plus
- Experience with developing web
based application using JEE desired
- Experience using Oracle or
other RDMS is desired
- Familiarity
with Windows & Linux environments
- Ability to rapidly learn
new technologies and to translate functional requirements into technical
design and prototypes

Experience
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of one to three
years of experience in software development using the above technologies
is ideal.
- Experience with Internet
Technologies is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor degree (or
higher) in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
