Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the QA Team at LeapFrogRx, you will be responsible for writing and executing the test plans and scripts against our web-based analytical product.  You would be involved in all phases of our SDLC including requirements and specification reviews, test planning and execution, and ensuring the successful deployment of our products.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-10+ years as a hands-on tester in a software development organization.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise test plans and defects.
• Experience with automated tools like Quick Test Professional or equivalent.
• Possess an analytical mind-set and a high comfort level working with large sets of data.
• Experience with OLAP tools such as Microstrategy, Hyperion, Cognos, and Business Objects would be helpful.
• SQL, JavaScript or VBScript skills would be very useful.
• ASP / Saas experience desirable.
• ASQ Certification a plus.

EDUCATION

• BS or equivalent work experience.
