Quality Assurance Engineer
Draper Laboratory
This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities :
Provide life-cycle support for
large-scale hardware / software integrated projects with real-time embedded
software. Assure software is developed and delivered to customer expectations
in compliance with Draper's Software Development process and procedures by
performing process and/or product audits. Implement continuous process
improvement to advance SW Development processes.
Maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with Program
Managers, Task Leaders, Engineering Management, and Subcontractors.
Qualifications
Minimum educational level is a Bachelors
degree in a technical discipline with at least 10 years experience. Graduate
degree is desirable in Engineering or Computer Science. Strong written, oral,
negotiation, organizational skills, aptitude for detail,
and a high level of initiative is required.
